Chief Executive Officer, VATSIM VAP Coordinator

Ultimate authority and responsibility for Air Oceanic’s vision, growth, and strategic partnerships. Coordinate the planning and provision of data packages requsted by the VATSIM Virtual Airlines Department during periodic VA audits.
James Nancarrow
Chief Operations Officer, Deputy Executive

Oversees daily operations and ensures alignment with strategic goals set by the CEO.
Josh Ryals
Chief Marketing Officer, Training Administrator

Leads branding, public relations, and marketing strategy. Oversees and manages pilot training, content, and certification processes.
Kevin Martin
Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for managing the organisation’s financial health, budgeting, and reporting.
