Air Oceanic has updated its Constitution to version 1.2.1. All members are encouraged to review the revised document and familiarise themselves with the updated membership requirements.
This update sets the minimum age for General Membership to 15 years. It also replaces the previous Flight Crew grandfather clause with a General Member Minimum Age Grandfather Clause, ensuring that existing General Members who joined before 19 October 2026 remain eligible under the previous minimum age of 13 years.
Key changes:
- 2.3(a) - General Member Requirements: Minimum membership age set to 15 years.
- 2.3(b) - Removal of Flight Crew minimum membership requirement of 15 years.
- 2.3(c) - General Member Minimum Age Grandfather Clause: Replaces the previous Flight Crew clause. Members who held General Membership before 19 October 2026 are exempt from the new age requirement and remain subject to the previous minimum of 13 years.
